Ok, hw was all about the sontag prompt (the photography one)
1) type up all the notes we took on the prompt from the packets we looked at during class.
2) mark up your paper as if you were doing a peer edit
3) give yourself a grade, and justify it, pointing out why its not the grade above or below, etc. so, if u gave yourself a 6, explain how it meets that criteria, and why it isn't classified as a 5 or 7. also, look at what was done well, or not so well, and say something about it.
4) retype a revised essay. swift said that both will be counted, but she doesn't know the point totals yet. and she said that none were 1-2s, so we weren't "exceptionally bad" but we weren't "exceptionally good either."
oh yeah, everything but #2 is typed.
